How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), the type of enquiry, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share with us.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a design visit, and prepare a quotation. If you go ahead with a project, we also use them to plan and carry out the work and to provide aftercare. We will never sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
We only share your information with the services that help us run our website and email, such as our web host and email provider, who process it on our behalf. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and our contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These are provided by Google, which may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
If you don’t go ahead with a project, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep project records for up to six years for accounting and warranty purposes.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To make a request, email mail@simonbinderinstallations.co.uk.
